So, for the most part, you’ll have at least 90,000mAh of Output power capacity that you’ll be able to use, and that’s still A LOT of power to use.

Let’s start with the basics of power bank charging. There are 4 charging ports, and each of the charging ports can Output 5V/2.4A. 2.4 Amps is the Max standard charging speed and will be able to charge most smartphones at their max charging speeds and charge tablets like iPads at their max charging speeds as well.

However, the USB ports don’t have Quick Charge, so Quick Charge and USB-C compatible devices won’t charge at their max charging speeds. Even so, for USB charging, this is great.

Also, the Max Output of the USB charging ports is 6 Amps. So when you’re pushing the 4 USB ports to their limits, the Max Output of each of the charging ports will be 5V/1.5A. We consider this to be pretty good, and the 4 devices that are charging when charging is at their limits will be charged at an “Okay” rate.

DC Outlet:

The DC Outlet of the PowerHouse is mostly where you’re going to be using for your Laptop charging needs. It has an Output power of 12V/10A, which is enough power to charge most Laptops at their max charging speeds.

V12 Outlet:

The PowerHouse even has a V12 outlet, which means you can either use any of your V12 compatible devices with it. With that said, we found that using a car charger is what makes the most sense to use with the V12 outlet because it gives you additional charging ports to use.

Take, for instance. You can use a car charger with 4 charging ports and have 4 more charging ports to use with the other 4 Built-In USB charging ports. As a result, you can potentially make this an 8 port power bank!

That’s lots of charging power being outputted, and the best part is even with 8 devices charging at the same time, these power banks won’t have a problem charging all of them because of their humongous power capacity.

AC Outlet:

One of the most useful parts of the PowerHouse is its AC Outlet, basically like a Wall Outlet. The AC Outlet can power devices up to 160 Watts. This means that you can power devices like Mini fridges, lamps, and any other devices that are of the same power range.

However, once the PowerHouse detects a draw greater than 160 Watts, it will then disengage.

It’s important to remember that even though the Anker PowerHouse can power lots of devices and has a VERY high power capacity, it isn’t exactly a generator. Think of it as an overly powerful power bank with the ability to power small appliances as well.

Everything about the PowerHouse feels like it’s well made, and that’s primarily because it is. It has a metal casing and a few screws that hold the frame tightly together.
